M&Partners is formed by a group of more than 50 independent professionals leaded by its CEO, Carlos M. Lizán, who is responsible of organizing the flexible groups for every matter of each client of the Firm.

Carlos has more than 20 years of experience as a Venture Capital lawyer and as a mentor of investment rounds in some of the most relevant accelerators, incubators, business schools and startups in Spain.

As a result of his accumulated experience, Carlos has developed the INVEST ME methodology (www.investme.io), through which he intends to help the ecosystem by training new entrepreneurs so that they structure and close investment rounds effectively and they avoid making common mistakes.

Carlos has also been the resident legal mentor in Wayra (Telefonica), vice-president of the Spanish Crowdfunding Association and Board member in a professional football club.

• Best Lawyer in Spain under 30 years of age. The award was presented by the Minister of Justice, Mr. Miguel Camaño, and granted by the University of Navarra and Centro de Estudios Garrigues (2009).
• Best orator of the Barcelona Bar Association Contest (2008).
